Defective product

The lenses purchased from them seem to be of very low quality. Would expect the coatings to last more than 18 to 24 months before separating and deteriorating.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. No attempt to resolve the issue or stand behind the product.
I guess they got the$$$$ and nothing else matters!!!

Glasses not working.

Poor customer service!!! Never got any use from my LAST glasses I bought there!

Brought them back twice because I couldnt see because the bifocals were to low and the ear piece broke. They wouldnt do anything. I called corporate because I hated the idea of wasting over $200. The vision center got the ok to help me and I couldnt find the old glasses.

If they had fixed my glasses, one of the first two times I brought them in, I had them in my hands at the time. Not very good service in my eyes.

Bought glasses in August. Lense is cracked. They acknowledged that it was a defect and would not do anything. They said the warranty was 60 days. I was not offered insurance when I purchased the glasses. Neither me nor anyone in my family will ever purchase glasses from them again. I have been a customer over 20 years. I have spent thousands on glasses over the years.
